1. How many pets you'd like to have photographed. We'll need a little history about each one.
2. Will there be people in the portrait? We photograph people as well.
3. What idas do you have for your pet's portrait?
4. Is this for a special occasion?
5. Do you want this created in our Centerville, Ohio photography studio or is there a special location of interest. We travel throughout the Dayton, Ohio / Miami Valley and beyond.
6. If people are to be included we will discuss wardrobe style & colors.
7. Do your pets have any special needs?

We can then set the date and time

The creation fee is due at this time so that we can reserve the location, photographer and assistant(s). Creation fees may vary depending on portrait location.

For the comfort of your pet please be sure that he/she has had a chance to relieve itself before arriving.

If the portrait is going to be created of your pet(s), only then we generally ask that you drop them off and go enjoy lunch or errands for the next hour. Pets do much better when "mom" or "dad" are not there. There are exceptions to every rule so please discuss your concerns with us.

Our pet sessions begin with exploration of the studio, camera room and lots of positive reinforcement.

Often times pets are suspicious of the camera because they lose important eye contact with the humans. We are aware when this is the case & proceed accordingly. We always practice positive reinforcement ONLY.

This is never "work" to your pet - it is kept light and fun. If it wasn't, we would not get those wonderful pet portraits expressions!

When you return to pick up your pet we will schedule a return visit to see what we were busy doing today!

On this appointment day you will want to be sure that anyone who is part of the important decision process is with you.

Enjoy the slideshow of all the awesome images we created of your pet(s) – but don’t worry because we have a wonderful process of narrowing down the images so we can create exactly what you like most.

Your order is placed and paid for at this time and off to the art department the images go for the final editing to perfection.

Once the artwork is complete we will contact you for pick up.
